লাইকোপডয়িামঃ (১) অপরাহ্ন ৪টা থেকে রাত ৮টা পর্যন্ত বৃদ্ধি। (২) ডান অঙ্গে রোগাক্রমন বা প্রথমে ডান পরে বাম অঙ্গে রোগাক্রমন। (৩) গরম খাইবার ইচ্ছা ও বায়ুর প্রকোপ। (৪) কৃপনতা, ভীরুতা ও নিঃসঙ্গ প্রিয়তা।
þ In nearly all cases where Lycopodium is the remedy, some evidence of urinary or digestive disturbance will be found (প্রস্রাব সংক্রান্ত ও পাকাশয়িক গোলোযেগের প্রমাণ পাওয়া যায়). Lycopodium is adapted more especially (বিশেষভাবে ব্যবহৃত হয়) to ailments gradually developing, functional power weakening, with failures of the digestive powers, where the function of the liver is seriously disturbed (যে ক্ষেত্রে যকৃতের কার্যকারিতা মারাক্মতভাবে দেখা দেয়). Older persons, where the skin shows yellowish spots, earthy complexion, uric acid diathesis, etc; also precocious, weakly children. Symptoms characteristically run from right to left, acts especially on right side of body, and are worse from about 4 to 8 pm. In kidney affections, red sand in urine, backache, in renal region; worse before urination. Intolerant of cold drinks; craves (ব্যগ্র কামনা) everything warm. Best adapted to persons intellectually keen, but of weak, muscular power. Deep-seated, progressive, chronic diseases. Carcinoma. Emaciation. Debility in morning. Marked regulating influence upon the glandular (sebaceous) secretions. Pre-senility. Ascites, in liver disease. Lycop patient is thin, withered (শুকিয়ে যাওয়া), full of gas and dry (শুষ্কতা). Lacks vital heat (শরীরে প্রয়োজনীয় উত্তাপের অভাব); has poor circulation, cold extremities (অঙ্গ-প্রত্যঙ্গ শীতল). Pains come and go suddenly. Sensitive to noise and odors.
Mind— মানসিক লক্ষণ : কৃপণ, ঘুষ খাওয়া, ভয়, উৎকণ্ঠা, খিটখিটে। হোমিওপ্যাথি অপছন্দ। লাইকোপোডিয়ামের রোগীদের ক্ষমতা বা অর্থ সম্পদ কমে গেলে রােগ লক্ষণ বৃদ্ধি পায়। কিন্তু ক্ষমতা বা অর্থ-সম্পদ বৃদ্ধি হলে রােগ লক্ষণ উপশম হয়।
Melancholy (বিষন্ন); afraid to be alone. Little things annoy (সামান্য সামান্য বিষয়ে বিরুক্তি), Extremely sensitive. Averse to undertaking new things (নতুন কাজ করতে অনিচ্ছা). Head strong and haughty when sick (অসুস্থ্য অবস্থায় রোগী একঁগুয়ে ও উদ্ধত প্রকৃতির হয়). Loss of self-confidence. Hurried when eating. Constant fear of breaking down under stress (কজের চাপে দমে যাবে সর্বদা এই জাতীয় ভয়). Apprehensive (আশঙ্কাযুক্ত বা উদ্বিগ্ন). Weak memory, confused thoughts; spells or writes wrong words and syllables. Failing brain-power (Anac; Phos; Baryt). Cannot bear to see anything new. Cannot read what he writes.
